How to check your Rotary Foundation contribution history (and Paul Harris recognition status) online:

Have a copy of your Rotarian handy and go online to the RI web site at:

http://www.rotary.org/

(There is also a link to the “Int’l Web” from the Liveoak)

Click on “Member Access” (upper right hand corner of menu bar).

Optional Consider Clicking on: “? Frequently asked Questions” (box in middle of screen)

..Read the registration portion (but if you are brave of heart or a macho guy or gal just go for it and read later as needed)

Click on “Register Now”

You will need:

• District Number: 5170
• Club Number: 496
• Membership ID: First eight digits directly above your name on the address label of your copy of The Rotarian

Your user name will be the e-mail address that you select when registering for Member Access.

Once registered you can log on and then select “View Your Contribution History”
