Lorna Padia Markus, a partner with Mowat Mackie Anderson, has more than 20 years of experience working with closely held businesses, nonprofit agencies, pension plans and individuals. Her focus is on acting as a business partner to her clients as they navigate complex tax laws and accounting rules. Prior to Lorna’s public accounting experience, she also worked with the ALS & Neuromuscular Research Foundation (now a part of the Muscular Dystrophy Association) as their financial officer and has served on numerous nonprofit boards. Lorna has been a member of Rotarly Club of Oakland since 1996 and served as its President in 2011-2012.
