Join us at our Zoom webinar with Katie McKnight, an Associate Environmental Scientist from the San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI) located in Richmond, CA. SFEI was established in 1993 to provide sound, objective science for decision-making to resource agencies and policy-makers managing the health of the San Francisco Estuary. Her work focuses on applied science projects relating to ecosystem restoration, climate change adaptation, and water and sediment management. She received a Rotary scholarship from her local Rotary club located in southeastern NC, which supported her throughout all four years of her undergraduate studies.
