Oakland Rotary Scholarship

The Scholarship Committee awards college scholarships to deserving Oakland high school seniors who will be attending a four- year college or university. We also partner each of our students with a committee member who then mentors the student throughout their college career. We work in conjunction with Oakland Promise (OP) and they provide initial screening of applications and administration of the scholarship payments.

Thanks to the generosity of Oakland Rotarians, in May 2025 we awarded scholarships to five exceptional students from Oakland High Schools. The scholarships will provide $16,000 to be paid out over the 4 years.
