Wendy Tokuda, awarding winning journalist and former primetime anchor in local TV news. She will share her personal story about her family’s legacy during the internment of Japanese families that took place during World War II when the U.S. Government relocated and incarcerated about 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry, most of whom lived on the Pacific Coast, in concentration camps in the western interior of the country.
