Join President Gudrun for a Beautiful Fall Hike at Lake Chabot Regional Park
New to hiking, have young children who can manage a short hike and fun in the outdoors? An intrepid hiker who likes a bit of a challenge or a hiker who wants to enjoy a leisurely hike with other Rotarians, friends and family?
This is the hike for you! Join President Gudrun at Lake Chabot Regional Park on Sunday, October 28, meet at 8:30 a.m., meet in the grass area, by the Marina Café and the lake, just beyond the far end of the parking lot. We will hike along the beautiful lake, enjoying the views. It is an out and back hike, so you choose the distance that works for you, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 miles or more. The East Shore is 1.65 mile paved, followed by trail options at varying distances. The West Shore is 1.82 paved, transitioning to trail for more distance.
